At plasticpreneur, we offer a comprehensive, full-service solution to seamlessly guide your product idea from concept to reality, handling the entire design and manufacturing process or supporting you with the steps you need.
We actively support your R&D phase by accompanying and offering professional prototyping processes and material tests. This ensures your final product meets all specifications before committing to the final tooling.
Write us an inquiry with your idea and your vision, and send us some pictures or files (3D, SVG, pictures, sketches), the size of the product and your budget.
1 - 5 working days
We start with a free 30-minute call with one of our 3D Designers to understand your product and discuss how we can bring it to life. During this session, we’ll aim to outline the production process, dimensions, volume, plastic type, and source.
2 - 10 working days
After our videocall we send you our offer with estimated prices. We start with the product design right after your order confirmation.
1 - 10 working days
We visualize your idea or make corrections if you already have a design.
We show you our visuals and screenshots. Optional are 3D print prototypes possible.
After we get your confirmation, we finalise your design file.
3 - 7 working days
We create the perfect mould design for your product. Once the mould design is finished, we can tell you the final price of your custom mould. After we get your order confirmation we start with the production.
2 - 6 weeks
Your mould gets produced by one of our premium manufacturing partners.
2 - 5 working days
After we received your custom-mould from our manufacturing partner, we make an internal quality control and prepare it for shipping. The shipping depends on your location.
